Forced Vacation Mode
Hello
This morning I logged in my account and after 10 minutes my shop was put on Vacation mode. I have not received any messages or emails from etsy support as to why that happend.
I have all my documents verified months ago. I did not get any new email to verify them again and I have no violations. I cannot contact support.
The help center only has answers to certain questions. There is no live chat button or any etsy support email address.
Does anyone know how to contact support?

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
Click help in your dashboard, there is an option there contact us
Have you had any recent deactivations? there are some recent reviews which have IP issues, so check your spam folder for any emails from Etsy

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
Thank you for responding.
The "contact us" options redirects me to help center.
I have no diactivations from etsy.
And I have no email anywhere.
I've checked everything on my email and all pages in my etsy shop in case I missed any red flags/banners.
Shouldn't they send any email explaining?

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
They should, but that does not always seem to be the case.
When it directs you to the help centre, at the bottom it should say "I Still need Help" when you click on this, it will give you the available contact options. Email, Chat or Call back, depending on subject & location (the email should always be available)

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
Thank you. I tried it about 3 times before posting here with no luck. The page was not even loading.
I tried it again now, and it worked. I got the automated responce and I emailed back.
Now I'm waiting.
Thank you for your time!

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
No problem, you may get a few copy and paste replies which have nothing to do with your query. Just keep replying to the same email and just type "I still need help" eventually a real person will reply

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
Exactly as previous poster has pointed out. If it seems like it is a copy and paste bot reply rather than a human that understands the actual situation then you just need to reply again and again until you hit a helpful human. Very frustrating especially when they have shut it down without apparent insight as to why I guess!

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
I had the live chat button at the down right corner yesterday, but I don't anymore.
Maybe it's because of the time difference, and I should check again later today? Or they diactivated it?

Re: Forced Vacation Mode
I uploaded all my documents for them to verify and it still says pending from December 20. I can’t reach anybody on Etsy so someone can verify my documents It’s already been 10 days since they put me on vacation mode
