Forced Vacation Mode

Hi! I have a newly opened shop with only 6 listings as of the moment, and I have been put on forced vacation mode by Etsy since yesterday. I would like to ask if you guys have any idea how long would the identification verification would take? I submitted my driver's license as soon as I was put on vacation mode and have tried contacting support but only received a templated email. Also, my payment method section states that my payment method is unavailable and should contact etsy support. How can I fix this and have etsy reply to me? Thank you!

It can take a week but if no update or reply to your email within 24 hours you should contact then

Etsy may be validating your account information. Based on reading the forums, the timeline for validation varies quite a bit. Your best bet is to contact Etsy. Only open one ticket and stick with that one. Opening more than one keeps putting you at the back of the queue.
