Forced Vacation Mode after uploading ID

I have been a seller for almost 10 years, none of my info has ever changed. I received an email yesterday to confirm my information and it showed that I needed to upload my ID again (this would be the same ID that I have uploaded in a previous year). As soon as I uploaded it, my shop was put into Vacation Mode. I have tried submitting an email for help, however I receive a notice that I need to confirm my email. I then receive an email with a link however this link brings to a page that shows "Null". It looks like I am supposed to put my phone number but the submit button shows "Null" and does not work.  Can someone please help? This is the busiest time of the year, my sales are finally picking up and now I am forced into this vacation mode with no way to contact support.  Very disappointed and frustrated at this point.  From reading other posts, I am not the only one in this situation.

Me too!    My information hasn’t changed either and my drivers license is the same.   My store is in vacation mode too.
