I’m having the same issue as many sellers recently. My shop was suddenly put into forced vacation mode without any notification or explanation from Etsy. I’ve double-checked everything — my information, ID, bank account, and address are all verified and current. I have no overdue payments, no open orders (all are completed and shipped), and every item I sell is handmade.
What’s even more confusing is that I didn’t receive any email from Etsy about a violation, suspension, or need to update anything. There’s also no message or flag on my dashboard.
The only extra issue I have compared to the sellers is that I can’t submit an appeal because the Etsy Support Center doesn’t verify my phone — the system just won’t let me in.
Has anyone found a way to resolve this quickly, or know if there’s a direct Etsy email or support contact I can reach out to for help with appeals when the system blocks you?
