Hello,
I’m a seller based in South Korea. During the recent transition to Etsy Payments (we previously could only use PayPal), I received a notice that my shop would be placed in vacation mode temporarily and that the process could take up to 48 hours.
However, it has now been nearly a month, and my shop is still in vacation mode. I did not activate vacation mode myself, and I understand that this may be part of Etsy’s review process.
I have contacted Etsy Support, but I haven’t received any response or update so far.
I would truly appreciate any tips on how to get a faster response from Etsy or what steps I can take next to resolve this issue.

Is your Payoneer account attached correctly? That might be the issue.
If you have an email from Etsy, respond back that you still need help.
I think the account is well connected, and I've contacted Etsy several times, but I've never heard back. Thanks!
