I’m deeply committed to providing the best service to my customers—I craft all my products by hand, ensure timely order fulfillment, and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
I’m proud to hold the status of a Star Seller, and I strive to uphold Etsy’s values and standards. This situation has left me feeling confused and disheartened, as I’m not aware of any issues with my account.
Could you please help me understand the reason for this and guide me on how to resolve the issue? I truly value being a part of the Etsy community and hope to continue serving my customers without interruptions.
