My shop was put on holiday mode without any warning, email or explanation. I've been fulfilling all my orders ahead of my processing dates, I'm a star seller every month, all my information is up to date. It's my busiest time of year & I haven't had my shop on holiday mode ever in the seven years selling. How do I resolve this??? Help please!
