Fix Paypal Grayed Out On My Shop

Hey Team

My etsy shop is running smoothly but there is a problem with my payment settings there is no option for paypal after enrollig in india payments i have contacted etsy support they told me the exact email of paypal still my international buyers are unable to checkout on my shop kindly help me to fix this problem!

Yes i have checked everything and some of my friends are also enrolled in india payments but they still have a standalone paypal and also i have contacted support they confirmed thay my paypal is active and working but i dont know why its been grayed out when someone outside india trying to buy from my shop

That's odd, I see only Paypal, and it is not greyed out.

Yes i see that i received texts from customers that they are unable to checkout on my shop contacted supporr several times they told me everything is fine but still didnt resolves the issue

OP, I picked out a ring, to check payment methods, and your Etsy Payments, which include PayPal, is available and shown as working to me in the USA. I would advise you to cancel free shipping internationally because a buyer may find the ring or earrings don't fit or are in wrong metal. You would have to refund in full, including the shipping, once the jewelry is returned to you. Buyers will pay for shipping. You have lovely items.

Its not working try adding a item in your cart it will not let you place the order or its been grayed out

OP, I put that ring in my cart and the payment methods are gone. Read what BagmakerSupply linked; you have a problem only Etsy can solve.

Yes i have checked with my fellow indian seller friends they are not getting any errors in my shop i can see only india payments are available there is no option to enable or disable paypal as their shop has earlier 2 months earlier it was there like i can activate or deactivate that method
