First time seller help!

Jump to solution

So ive been getting a lot of messages on my Etsy seller and they say something has been sold of mine. But then I go into my orders and nothing is there. There is also a link they say to follow but it’s seems scratchy. I don’t know if the messages are scams or if they aren’t I’m so confused.

Those are scam messages. Don't click on any of the links. Your shop shows no sales. Mark those messages as spam.

Your shop is new and unfinished, so you're a target for all kinds of scam.

Finish your shop (policies, location, etc.). And be sure to mark each scam message as Spam.
