First photo not correct

The first photo on this listing is showing as a blue square. It has been like this for a few days.

I have to click on it to see what it is. Is this happening for anyone else?

To be more specific, when I go to my home page, this listing is on the first page. This listing is just showing as a blue square.  Is this a glitch?

There are no blue square listings when I scroll through all your pages, from my viewpoint. Using a MAC mini PC on Safari.

I do see, however, all listing photo change to various colors in the moment I move to the next page, but that is just a spit second and then your photos appear. 

Not to say this isn't happening, because I have been seeing different shades of color blocked listing photo in regular search all though Etsy over the past year. Not sure what it is though.

When I go to your home page, I see the bag.  No blue square anywere.

When I look at your shop, several of the pictures start as solid colored squares and then they load correctly within a couple seconds. I was able to see everything on the first page...eventually.

Oh no is the square of death back again! This was an issue last month too.  ..although black square then (or weirdly , pink lines for some people ) 

Etsy promised they fixed it ,but apparently not ,lol. 

I had the big red banner for "intellectual property infringement" across my shop manager this morning too ....which was another glitch , according to them .

 Not very impressive really , considering the fees were paying! Hope it all resolves (again ) soon.

Thanks for looking. I have seen a few of my listings show as a solid color square that take a few seconds to focus, but this one listing is just a solid blue square. I even tried to view it incognito, and I see it as a solid blue square.  Very strange.

Yes, I see the solid blue square in your shop, but not when I click through to the listing.  This has occasionally happened in my shop too, and I'm guessing it may be related to Etsy testing (perhaps image recognition testing?) gone awry. Not everyone is seeing it, because they may not be in the test. That's my theory, anyway.

I've been able to fix it by editing the listing, deleting the first photo & replacing with the same photo.  I'm doing this from a browser, I don't use the seller app.  Hopefully that may help you fix the issue.
