I have received feedback twice this year that was less than 5 stars. When I look at Etsy star chart, it shows that I received feedback three times this year that was less than five stars. I have looked at all my feedback for the past twelve months several times and cannot find the 3 star feedback. Who do I contact to get that corrected.
