I have noticed that the Etsy App sometimes does not allow the used to leave 5 stars - all the user can see is 2 stars - I came across this when trying to leave feedback on my phone - the star rating box wouldn't expand from 2 to 5 stars.
I now have 4 x 2 star reviews and when talking with the customer the said the app wouldnt allow them to leave more - just as I had experienced - Am I the only sellar seeing this ???
