Feedback number dropped and notifications...

Is this possible? The other day I looked at my feedback (got a new 5 star rating) and noticed my feedback number was 559. 
Today I went to check for any sales, feedback etc since I turned notifications off my phone (was away and didn't want the constant ding sounds on my phone), but turned it back on. But still not getting notifications at all now. That is one issue Im having. 
But today I went on to look for any new sales, fb etc and noticed my feedback number went from 559 down to 558.

It can just be an Etsy issue buffering, so I would either assume that a buyer has deleted their feedback OR it's just a buffer.

In regards to the notifications, have you tried deleting the app and re-downloading it? I find that usually works for me to get notifications working again.

Ill try deleting and downloading it again. 
We were at my daughter's pageant and my notifications kept going off. So I turned them off for the time.

If someone deleted there feedback would it show up somewhere saying so??

Nope, the feedback would just disappear from your feedback section.
