FedEx "not available at this time" issue

I've been trying to print FX labels and for the past 24hrs I get "FedEx not available at this time, try again later". Anyone else having this issue?

I wonder if it's related to the notification that's showing at the top of my shop manager open orders page.

It says "FedEx shipping labels will not be available from 11:00pm CT April 15th to 3:00am CT April 16th. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Perhaps they started the update or whatever early or something is broken which is why they have the planned downtime. Or something like that.
