FedEx national shipping numbers are not taken into account by the Etsy software

Hello all,
Since last month (March), I've been using FedEx for my shipments from Poland to Italy and Germany. These shipments are made in two stages: from Poland to Poland by FedEx, then from Poland to the destination country with another carrier provider.
FedEx Poland gives me a shipping number (a national number) which is not taken into account by the Etsy software. I enter it with the option Other for carrier, then fill in FedEx. On the customer's order, the FedEx logo appears as well as the shipping number, but my Top Seller Delivery ranking is penalized because the Etsy software tells me that I didn't enter the shipping number.
Support tells me that the problem has been passed on to the relevant department, but nothing is happening.
Has anyone encountered this kind of problem and how did they solve it temporarily?
