Featured listings not saving

I am not able to have my featured listings saved.  I add 2 and hit save but when I check my shop page, it goes back to 3 instead of 5.

I did try searching the forums but couldn't find anything.

I am having the same issue as well. My feature is not updating at all even cleared out cache and now it only shows one. It is not working.

@StonesAndLeatherUS - it is taking several hours for changes to show up the past week or so, just give it some time.

@SheWhoPlaysWithGlass - 2 things to consider. A current glitch seems to be making featured listing changes take several hours to be seen, so be patient, Also, if you are only seeing 3, check to see if you have zoomed out the view window on your computer, either with your mouse or manually.

This is still happening, just happened to me. I will wait and see if it changes as you all have stated above.

Still happening for me too. How does it take so long for Etsy to fix this sort of thing?

Featured listings have not been working properly for some time now, but today has been especially frustrating as it's not working at all.  I change the order of my featured listings from my queue, hit Done and nothing saves.  Except one will randomly save, but when I go back in to move it, it doesn't even show up as being one of the first four.  I've tried clearing my cookies and have even tried different browsers, to no effect.  I guess a phone call is in order as this has been going on for a long time and no one from Etsy seems to be working on it.

@Jambearies did you contact support? I did a chat with them and they were clueless. I kept reiterating that multiple posts have been made about this in the forums and that it wasn't about clearing caches or cookies! Maybe if enough of us contact support something will get done?

Same exact thing is happening to me! I'll wait a few hours as a few people mentioned above. Hopefully it helps!

I contacted support and they are clueless - they kept saying that engineers were working on it. Not. And they told me to clear my cache. This is not a cache problem. Maybe anyone reading this can also contact support so that we make enough noise. The bulk edit feature is not working for writing listing titles either. They don't save.

 So this issue is doing this now, and I see everyone else’s problem was in 2023. Can’t contact anyone on Etsy and just paid the one off fee of 28AUD. Not sure why we’re having to pay fees when they can’t even get the website right, or have someone that we can contact.
