trying to change featured listings. Ones I no longer want still in shop. I chose new ones but now the feature button in manager is grayed out and can do nothing. Did all kinds of refreshing but no help.
Are you using a browser or the Etsy app?
I mainly use my laptop for all major work, Chrome on Windows 10. Never used other browsers.
