I think it would be a wonderful addition to the platform to allow for 'Variations Profiles'. I sell prints of my photography as fine art prints, posters as well as my own personal digital creations. I have several variations per product. Yes, there are external providers but they are all hit and miss.
For Example: Print Size, Print Finish. My pricing varies by category too. It would be incredibly helpful if I could save the Variations as an editable profile and then have the ability to assign this to listings in the same way you already allow bulk edits. The curent price change mechanism just doesn't quite go far enough as it is for blanket changes.
Duplication covers the creation of new items but for those with existing catalogues we need the flexibility to make wholesale, bulk changes simply and easily within Etsy.
