Not really sure how I can answer messages any faster...honestly! It's time for me to wonder if something's wrong on the Etsy end.
Also, Etsy, since they'd have to know, should probably tell the seller which messsge responses were "too slow". It's kind of like a mystery unless I'm missing something.
My dashboard isn't reflecting any sales or store visits lately, either.....if not for email, I'd never even know I had a sale! Even after the item is packaged and sent out the door, it still doesn't show up on the dashboard.
