I just received this in my inbox the location says it's from Virginia Beach

Are these an everyday thing for some people? I have been receiving messages every other day or so for the past few weeks. This one is the only Different one as it has the Etsy badge

@CheraldineWCreations  Hi, I'm sorry you've been hit by these scammers. Every other day for the last few weeks is ridiculous!  They have been faking the Etsy Support/Staff/Assist/etc. Names as well as the logos.  Should you receive a Message from them, and it does not come in the "From Etsy" Folder, Mark it as Spam (just so you don't get dinged for Star Seller).
This is really getting out of control, and I hope it stops for you.
