In March my leather jacket was purchased by someone in Ireland. The international USPS postage was bought through Etsy. The jacket/ box never made it past Philadelphia. After a month it was returned to me, the seller.
I dont know why this happened and I don't care at this point.
The buyer is coming to the states and wants me to ship it to his address here.
How do I register that in Etsy so the shipment shows complete, and how do I get the money back from the failed International postage?
