Facing problem to message as reported as spam

Hi,

I am facing a problem. I can't send messages to my customer. As someone has reported my message as spam. Please help me as soon as possible. Because I have to give reply to my customers.  Whenever I am going to reply my customers Etsy is not allowing me to send messages and telling me I can't message for 48 hours.

If you click next to the customers name on the order there is their email. Send them a message that way.

How to find that which customer has mistakenly reported as spam??

If they sent you a message through Etsy messages and you cannot respond to it or it has been moved to the spam folder, that is for your protection.  Etsy has determined that the "buyer" is in fact a scammer, and has removed the ability for you to answer so that you are not caught out and scammed.
