FYI: Trying POD. Wanted customers to be able to purchase a framed art print. Got a Weird Message.

So I created a listing, turned it off for now, and almost immediately I got a message from etsy.com/uk/listing.  I am not in the UK.  It looks like SPAM.  Anyway, it says that my listing must be verified and that my entire shop has been suspended and will remain so until I follow their instructions.  But searching, while logged out from another device, I was able to add one of my products to my cart.  It doesn't look like my shop is suspended.  So annoying.  I suppose there is no customer service to complain or report this to?

It's a scam message, one of several that have been sent to mostly new sellers.  Put it in your spam folder.  Etsy is aware of all these scams going around.

It’s a scam. You should mark it as spam.

It's spam, report it. (It is important that if they have sent you a link, do not click on it) They do this a lot with new stores, when I started I received several of these messages. They will surely send you more every time you upload a new listing

@LisaRansomSmithArt: Was the Message in the "From Etsy" section on your Messages page when checking messages using a browser? If not, it was a SCAM.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

When a shop is suspended the listings are not visible on the shop home page and are replaced by a message put up by Etsy.
