FINANCES RED DOT

When I signed in, I got a red dot with a 2 next to my finances in shop manager. Click on it and nothing to address. Support says "maybe it's a glitch". Ya think? lol It disappeared after a while. If you get it, try signing out and back in to clear it. Another day...another glitch smh

I clicked on TurboTax, then went back and clicked on QB.  That seemed to make it go away.  

They tend to push those this time of year.

I had no turbo tax thing to click on.

Thanks ... I saw the red dots, expecting notifications about problems ... only to see that it was a special offer on some programs.  Using the red dots as ads really annoyed me. But now I know how to make them go away.

I had to click on them to make them go away. I imagine Etsy gets a kick back for them.

I did click on the red 2 several times and nothing! Checked my finances page and zip to make them go away. Only went away after I signed out and back in.

It is not a glitch-- it is to let you know those 2 services are available to you if you want them.. Not a big deal. Click on them to make them go away if you are not interested.

Nope. There was NOTHING there. No services, no nothing. Just my usual finances page. I clicked on it  several times and ZIP. It stayed there for over an hour. Support suggested signing out and back in and that's when it disappeared. So what services was it supposedly offering?

That had nothing to do with it. It's gone now and I didn't change a thing.

I've had the dot for days with nothing new showing until today. Usually if there is a red dot on one of the shop manager side bar items, you can click it to get the slide out, then you will see another red dot on the "new" thing. But I did NOT see anything new marked until today. Now I see a "NEW" button next to TurboTax. And once I click that, all the red dots go away. There seems to be a weird delay... or just another day with Etsy.
