I had need of a rather tricky fix and used the chat link on my dashboard. Got right through, immediate service, worked through it with the nicest and very professional Etsy agent. Absolutely no stress on my end, only took a few minutes, it's now fixed, and with all we've been dealing with on other issues, I just had to report in about it.
