Etsy won't respond to my support tickets or chat conversations. I'm getting an error with tracking numbers. The etsy customer service page shows my shipment as delayed, even though all the tracking numbers I entered are in transit. I never ship late. I'm sure there's a bug here. But no one is responding to me

I know there was an issue with some of the tracking not updating yesterday in the dashboard, but they fixed it within minutes.
You need to provide them with the order number and valid tracking number so they can check that the parcel has indeed been scanned and is in the hands of the postal service.
