Etsy support won't reply

I'm new to Etsy and started my shop on the 22 of May and to this day I still can't get my bank details verified. I've sent multiple emails for help and to no avail.

I'm feeling so disappointed in choosing Etsy : (

I still haven't had my small deposit so I can verify my bank account and I still can't get a reply to my emails asking for help to resolve issue.

What about that extra percentage that was supposed to go toward fixing the site for sellers? We are giving them more money. And still I don't see any improvement in customer service.
Nor do I see fewer resellers and counterfeiters.

If you haven't gotten the deposit, maybe your checking info is not correct. That is why they do the deposit, so you will notice if something is wrong. Check it out or call your bank to make sure your info is correct. Yeah, it sux that we can't reach Etsy.

I understand that but why is my shop not able to take payments? Does that mean that my shop is suspended and I don't have any options to update banking details anywhere. Ugh

If you go to finances > payment account, you don't see 'bank account' in the box on the top right? Thats what you click to update your bank info.
