You never had a sale. That was a scammer and they now have your financial details. What do you do now? Cancel your cards.

So my acc is not suspended? Can i still receive sells ?
No, your shop is not suspended. The scammer told you that so that you'd panic and follow thru with the scam.
As advised by UpNorthEh, call your credit card provider, tell them what just happened and cancel the card. If you also gave them banking details, call your bank asap.
You won’t get many sales with only one listing and a less than ideal photo
Scammers tend to target new shops.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
Hi. This is still going on. I am a very seasoned scam alert person but I was fooled. When the chat asked me for a password, I had to block my credit card. Really looked legit!!! Beware!!!
