Trying to contact Etsy support with questions on how to obtain stats on a sold item and cannot request a call back anywhere?????

Are you doing this in Stats or in Listings Manager? I tried both, and no issue.
I take it the "Whoopsie" in on the Contact Support form?
Go to Stats - on the right you can filter to Sold Out. Also in Listings - filter to Sold Out and flip the toggle on Stats in the upper right. It shows how many times it renewed, how many sales (per item) and overall revenue from that item. I believe the views and faves are only for the last 30 days.

Normally I go through orders click on the picture and above the listing it will show stats and that the item sold.
Now when I click on the same thing it just says Sorry this item sold out and there is no where to find stats.
What I am looking for is the initial Listing Date.
Also there is no way through Stats that I can see to filter out sold out listings.
Sometimes the stats work and sometimes they don't.... I dont get it.

@SimplyMarvelousMary For the sold-out listing - on PC/Laptop I'm still seeing "see item details" to click on, and then the stats link over the picture.
Not sure where to find the original list date of any listing, if it has sold more than once.

Some things they deem non urgent and you don't get a call option. They said something when they raised the fees that they were going to try to sort urgent issues out to answer first. Stats not urgent...not a hack or financial issue etc. You may get an answer here. If you're trying anything via the app..don't..it is crappy. Also some features are sometimes browser dependent..I can't get some things to work on Chrome. You also may need to update your browser if you're using an old version. Or try a different one and see if it works. Yes you have to have the stats option turned on.
Support is STILL down with the "Whoopsie" message...seriously. Can we PLEASE get this fixed?

I've been needing to connect with Seller Support Chat, too. I set up my shop on the 5th, and it's never been able to have purchases made.
I emailed twice and got a response that they would investigate and get back with me.
How long does it normally take for Seller Support to email back.
I tried the Seller Support Chat link provided by SugarTaffySoap above, but it leads me not to a Chat option, but to the Email option I've used already.
Is anyone else getting Chat with SugarTaffySoap's link?
Live chat is not available all the time and only for some issues. When I click the link it only shows me email option.
Maybe they're Closed For Repairs?
I'll bet they're right this very minute working on improving their customer service. They promised us they would when they raised our fees and now they're doing it!
Because they sure don't seem to be spending any of that money getting rid of counterfeiters, resellers and dirty panties.
