I am a star seller and normally I have access to reach the support from the right down corner. I talked to an agent April 6, that was the last time we talked and I can't open a new chat. When I write/say something in the chat, nothing happens and I think the last time we talked, they didn't close the chat because that agent said that they will contact with me on my email and I said okay. Nothing happened and the chat didn't also close. Normally, after they close the chat an automatic email comes through to my email and it's about rating the services they did. That also didn't come too. I do not know what I'll do but I can't reach them. I also did email them but nothing happened also. Any solutions?
