I tried to contact Etsy support via chat 4 times in the past week, but they never respond, even when it says that the average time for answer should be 1 minutes... Is it a technical issue?
Maybe you could create a new post and describe the problem you have and the community might be able to help you.
Unfortunately, only Etsy can help with that, but the support chat keeps on not working
It can take weeks for an answer, and that answer will usually be an automated reply with little to do with your problem.
You need to reply to that generic email with "I still need help."
