My other Etsy shop Made Of Leaf And Star got hacked in Jan/Feb. The bank account got changed (not authorized by me) and when I sought help the issue escalated and my shop was then deleted. There was issues with my gmail account associated with my shop and messages kept getting diverted. I have tried many times to get help from Etsy but each time have just quit getting replies. I had 2 orders come in before I got locked out that have gone unfulfilled because I don't have the buyers' information. I also can't do my taxes without my financial information. There are other stories of the same thing happening to other shop owners all over Reddit. I'm hoping that posting here will be more productive than another help ticket.
Hello @DaydreamBlackGlitter
Sorry to hear about this situation. We have escalated the matter to our account specialists who will be able to assist in resolving the matter as soon as possible, stay tuned for updates.
Thanks!
You will need to contact Etsy. They are the only ones that can help.
If you have an email from them, respond back that you need more help.
Thank you for trying to help, but I have started half a dozen help tickets with Etsy and eventually stop getting replies from them. This has been ongoing since the beginning of Feb.
Thank you, but I have already done everything suggested there - multiple times. Whoever hacked my account got through two-factor authentication as well as password changes. I have started half a dozen help tickets with Etsy and nothing has been resolved.
It’s my understanding that you need to keep replying to the same help ticket rather than start new ones.
Yes, I realize that. Because my account was hacked the person attacking my account had access to all my info - including my email address. The hacker would change the email address on file repeatedly. Then hacked my email account locking me out. This happened w/ 2 email addresses. I didn't intentionally start new tickets, it just became necessary when I lost access to previous conversations. I always referenced the original help ticket number (not that anyone seemed to notice).
I have tried every help tip Etsy has posted - I am trying my best to get the attention of someone with the help desk since the usual avenues aren't working.
Oh gosh, what a nightmare! I can't see where you are located but if you are in the US I believe you can speak with someone. Failing that I would respond to one of the generic responses Etsy might have sent to you to see if you can get an email response.
Thank you.

You could try this I don't know if it still works but you could try and see.

Thank you so much!!!
Now my DaydreamsBlackGlitter shop has been suspended. I haven't even gotten a chance to post listings let alone violate any rules. Can I please get help?!?
I believe my shop was also recently hacked. i typically receive the deposit 3 days after the order and I didn't receive any email to my gmail account regarding this most recent sale.
@DaydreamBlackGlitter I am having the same issue except for mines started this morning. I try to change my password I get no emails with a restore link. I'm locked out of my google. This is crazy. Just like you I keep emailing etsy support and nothing. But now I know you should just keep replying to the same thread. But I was getting no response at least that I could see because I am not getting any emails from etsy. I have been pulling my hair out all day this is a nightmare!
According to the convos on Reddit there is a connection between Etsy and Gmail - both are being utilized in the attack. Double check that any communications you get -specifically access codes- via text are coming from a 5 digit number, not a ten digit regular phone number. I finally realized both the Etsy and Gmail codes I was receiving for my 2-factor authorization were coming from actual phone numbers. When I looked those numbers up they were reported as scammers. Start a new email in Yahoo, do NOT use your cell phone number for anything regarding that new email, and make sure it's super random so it's hard to connect with you. Download a new browser (NOT Chrome - I use Brave) and comminicate with Etsy through that. Or you can just hang out here and hopefully someone from Etsy will help.
definitely been hacked hey OP were they able to fix the issue? I just check and the bank account has been changed on my account. I got no notice of this. I've now put in a ticket but judging from your thread that may not help at all. i'm sick to my stomach right now thinking of the possible fallout from all of this.
@KantankaJewellery You need to start your own thread, if you want to discuss your situation in Forums. This thread addresses another seller's situation from 4 months ago, and it has already been referred to Support by Admin. People who reply here won't reply to you, but to the original poster. Forum threads about hacked shops are specific to the poster, not for generally posting hacking issues.
The OP has no items in her shop, so is not currently selling. She is unlikely to respond to your post.
