@AdventureLustBotique According to your store's home page some people do have your items in their cart. Unless you have set up the listing incorrectly, there is probably nothing you can do unless there is an "error" in the listing. Is the customer in a country you sell to? Is the item restricted where the customer lives? is Etsy just having a bad day? Is the customer using the Etsy app or trying via browser? Not being sarcastic, but the reasons can be myriad and most are probably out of your control.
