Etsy seller support problem

Does etsy have a seller support? It is impossible to reach them! I can not send my issue, there is no phone number! The problem is i can not sign into my account on other devices because it sends 6 digit numbers for security but i can not receive anything so that i can not sign into my account! For that issue i would like to reach seller support but i can not reach them either!

You should have your backup codes, use one of them

If the code is for two factor authorization (2FA), use one of the backup codes you were offered at the time you signed up for 2FA.

use one of your 10 backup codes,

you are logged in here , try avitar top right, my profile, then click your shop name, then turn off 2fa

You are a star seller so you have a chat bubble on the bottom right corner of your dashboard.  Click on that and maybe they can help you.
