Now I regret having set up my store on Etsy, with this selling platform when everything goes well is great, but when you have a problem there you get a total disappointment, more than 10 days ago I could not access my Etsy store, someone got my old email which was the one I opened the store with and changed my password, I had pending orders to send and also the daily advertising budget active, after sending more than 14 emails to Etsy not only I have not obtained solution the worst of all is that they do not even answer me sincerely this seems to me a lack of respect, I have been ten days with a horrible state of anxiety, all my effort thrown away, the worst of all is that I will have to change my bank account number because I do not plan to pay any advertising bill, after such a service, the only thing I hope is to recover my store and close it forever, at least I have learned the lesson, never confess your work, time and illusion to third parties, the best thing to do your own online store.
You have one Listing and no Sales? So I see no "pending orders". Or are you talking about a different Shop?
When you open an Support Ticket with Etsy, it is important to keep all communication in one thread. If you have sent 14 Ticket messages, Etsy has, most likely, closed the first 13.
I understand it is frustrating but it is possible to receive Support assistnce if you are persistent
Try and find a "Chat" or "Request a Call back" contact option in Help Center. These people will probably not have the level of authority and skill to assist you but they can escalate to someone who can help
This option is currently showing Chat and Call back

Thank you very much for the link, thanks to it I was able to chat with an agent, I don't know why I hadn't found that chat before
I'm guessing the shop you are posting from is the new shop you opened. Something seems off with the email, maybe I don't understand.
You had a shop, was making sales, doing ads - and you never changed your email? If you changed your email on Etsy, then how did a hacker get in?
I'm not sure if your post is translated, because I don't understand your last sentence, but you can be hacked even if you have your own website.
I sympathize, really - it's a terrible feeling. I was hacked on Facebook, and was NEVER able to reach anyone to get it back. No big loss, there.
On Etsy, and other sites, you can enable 2-factor authentication, and other security measures -
It really sounds strange but this has happened to more people, I never thought someone would own that old email, I had just recently logged in, I never imagined I would stop owning that email, otherwise of course I would have changed it, I have always managed everything through the app,
@HappyClovers: DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.
You are in the UK? Did you contact Etsy via email and receive one reply back? That is the email you need to reply to. Sending emails only says to Etsy the matter is resolved.
I Received a Security Code Email from Etsy – Etsy Help Did you use the Support button through this link? Did you list carefully and simply what you are experiencing?
Rather than opening a new shop, continue with a single email to get Etsy support. If you can, talk to chat and ask them to find out if your email has been received and if a support specialist will get in contact with you.
There is support but the email has to have a header and information that is clear and to the point which can be hard when a person is upset.
