Etsy royal mail intergration

I got an email saying to disconnect and reconnect my click and collect integration, so i deleted it and now it won't let me connect back what do i do ?  

i get this reply from Esty, The application that is requesting authorization to use your Etsy account is not recognized.

I have had the same issue but can't seem to find any threads with a solution.
