Etsy removed my listings due to Ety's Creativity Standards

Good Morning

About a month ago I received an email from Etsy stating my listing violated their Creativity Standard.  I went in and looked tying to find the problem and couldn't find any.  Fast forward to yesterday and Etsy removed another listing.  I have made new listings and renewed old listings many times between the first "violation" and the second without a problem.  Also I have been on Etsy for almost 14 years now and one of the listing has been used since then. All designs are my original designs and I make everything myself.

Attempted to go through CHAT - that didn't work - boiler plate responses - they were unable to clarify what is happening, what should I change to comply, all their answers were only pre-set type answers so I requested a supervisor.  Was told one would respond.  No response.  While waiting, I received another email from Etsy saying I was loosing my Star Seller Badges - which I worked very hard for.

Then I sent an email to Etsy requesting assistance.

Any insight or how to appeal this would be a huge help.  Halloween is my biggest time of the year  so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You need to check your pictures to see if some big site like Temu or Aliexpress or Amazon has someone else using them. If so you need to take steps to get the site to take them down. Something else that may help is a video of you making the items. I have begun watermarking my pictures, even though Google doesn't like it, they are AI now, and I won't let a robot tell me what I can do.

On another note, do you have permission to use Maria Doyle Kennedy's image and name to sell your work? That could be ripe for a takedown of another sort.

It has nothing to do with images elsewhere on the internet, as my item that was removed wasn't elsewhere and my other images are ALL over the internet, including bogus selling sites proves.  Etsy has never said that was a cause when I asked.

They told me it was THEIR error.  Posting here will help and just keep responding to your original email and include the second one taken down in that email.  Good luck, it's frightening, I know.

I am having exactly the same problem. I am just desperate now. very upsetting to see how they treat their sellers. I've also had a shop since 2017 with over 15000 sales and now feel like I will lose my shop any day. I've lost my Star seller badge and just want to know what the problem is so I can fix it but I'm getting nowhere with them. Hope you get some help. If you do, please share with us.
