I couldn’t get in contact with you via support/help center. That’s why I try this way..
I’m getting in contact with you in order to get support about the removal of my best selling listings and the loss of my star seller badge. Let me give you a brief summary about my Etsy business and what has happened recently.
I’ve been on Etsy since 2020, and since then I’ve been investing so much on my Etsy business, in terms of both money and human resources. Because it is my sole business and I have a company for running it in compliance with my country’s tax rules as well. I have invested on a team of knitter women and we’re doing quite good that our clients have rated us with 5* in terms of item quality. I have invested on logictics and I have been working with ups for 2 years, which provides the fastest shipping worldwide but also which the most expensive one. Besides, considering customer service, my clients have always left review by expressing their satisfaction level with “exceed the expectations”. This is why, I’m getting “star seller badge” since Etsy has kicked it off. During the time that I have been an owner on Etsy, I have always been compliant with Etsy standards, rules and criterias.
All of the product designs of Dodo Craft belong to me but unfortunately I couldn’t prevent other shops or other websites from copying my designs. I do all the photoshoots of my products on my own, I haven’t even worked with a professional photographer. All of my products are 100% handcrafted. I’m collaborating with knitter women for the production since I will not be able meet the demand on my own and I offer these women an employment opportunity and earning their own money. On top of everything, I have been a successful seller on Etsy, who has increased her shop’s sales by 40% average year by year and who has kept her star seller badge each month.
As of Sep 3rd, I have got a notification from Etsy which says that they have removed some of my listings due to creativity standards policy violation. When I have written to Etsy help about this, I have received a generic policy mail and checked the standards but I couldn’t find nothing related to policy violation within the operation of my shop. I thought this was a bot mistake. Because, the violation and its ressons have not been explained well and clearly enough to take an action. Then, as of Sep 17th, I got second notification that 3 more listings have been removed due to policy violation and Etsy has cancelled my star seller badge.
When I ask about this to help center, the agent said that he’ll direct the issue to a specialist and since then, I’ awaiting a response from your side.
Please, I want you to understand that I don’t want to lose my Etsy shop, and I need it as a single mom who is taking care of her son and herself with the income of this shop. Besides, the women team needs this income for supporting their household economy.
I kindly request you to look into this issue and clearly state the reasons of listing removal if there are any. But if not, again I kindly request you to reactive my listings and give back my star seller badge.

I'm in the same boat, as are many others. You'll get no help from Etsy.
I also don't understand why my item was deleted, I designed and made my item myself, I don't know where I can go to complain, I hope ETSY will take this aspect seriously.
It is happening to so many of us. I have had ZERO luck getting my unique, best selling, 100% handmade item reinstated.
I'm really sorry you're going through this, especially as a single mom! I've had my listing deactivated 4 times now, and the last time it took two weeks to resolve. It happened to me again 10 days ago, so I'm currently on day 10 with no progress on my support ticket. It's so frustrating because I've already sent them MANY videos showing me making the items, yet it keeps happening.
If you haven't done so yet, I suggest including videos of yourself making the item in your support ticket. Hopefully, this gets resolved for all of us soon. Ugh!
Unfortunately, you are not alone. I too have been a victim of this and have been waiting weeks to hear back from Etsy. I wrote to Etsy Legal and Etsy Trust and Safety and have only received the automated response that they received my inquiry. I posted in the forums and was told by a Moderator that he forwarded my issue to a "special team". Well this "special team" must be absolutely SWAMPED with people having the same problem. I'm sure all the crooks who have stolen my work and are selling it on TEMU, Ali Express, eBay, Amazon, etc. etc.... are laughing all the way to the bank.
Temu and the likes are definitely winning because Etsy is removing all of their competition - aka THE ORIGINAL DESIGNERS!
I'm so sorry for everyone going through this.
It is a very frightening thing that Etsy is doing to its sellers.
Or maybe I should say a it's a good thing, but executed in a very, very bad way?
Even those of us who know 100% that our work is handmade and Etsy-legal are waiting to be hauled off to prison.
