Etsy "your documents" tab is broken.

Due to Etsy's systemic error, the "your documents" section has been broken for 2 months due to Etsy's systemic error, there is no button to upload IDs and IDs cannot be uploaded, so people are constantly suspended for no reason. We do not want to be suspended because of Etsy's systemic error. I am writing this message on behalf of my friends, a lot of my friends were suspended.

Etsy is not here.  You will need to use Contact us.  Admin does not see everything that comes through the forums.

I can get to that page and do what is needed.  How to Verify Your Seller Information for Etsy Payments – Etsy Help

You get three times to upload.  If information does not match, it will be rejected.  US sellers have to have their bank accounts verified by Plaid.

And if using the app, it might be best to do this by PC.

Yes, I understand what you are saying, I was uploading ID in the Your documents section, now that tab does not appear and there is no place to upload ID. We can't verify the ID. There was no such problem before, I have been selling on etsy for 4-5 years. Screenshot : https://ibb.co/h9xb8mS
