I was changing my paypal email from etsy store which was empty for a year or more, I accidentally changed email which was deactivated, and now i am not able to change payable email.
When I changed my PayPal email it didn’t delete the original email but only added an additional email.
Have you tried logging in with your old email?
It tried to login with another but it asks code sent on deactivated email.
