Etsy put shop on vacation mode and I can't get it off

Etsy put my shop on hold with no warning, no communication. Been 2 weeks since appeal with no news. I put in my tax info as requested right away and NO COMMUNICATION!!!! Etsy you need to do better. This is how we feed our families.  Extremely pissed off!!

I may be possible because you are using the names of sports teams which is not allowed. Most of them are trademarked. You would need a license from each team in order to sell them.
