I got the message "To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we’ve temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in vacation mode."
My orders were caught up before this. When I click, it says my account is suspended. When I try to file an appeal, it says I have nothing to appeal. How to I reach an actual Etsy person for help?

I couldn't find the request for a chat or call back. Everything I click leads to a dead end.
