Etsy put Our Shop On Pause

Our Etsy seller account has been in vacation mode since May 02, 2025, without any explanation from Etsy.

Our account dashboard has displayed the following notification since that date:

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

 I don't know why my store was put on vacation and how to fix it. This is happening for the 3rd time, my shop went into put and push vacation without any reason  Please help me. Thanks!

It could be ID.  It could tax information.  Your about page does not list all who work in your shop which includes you.

You will need to contact Etsy.  I suggest email rather than chat.  Send an email via Contact us under Help.

Etsy did give you an explanation (while they finish reviewing your info).

Verification can take up to 21 days.

It's been well over 21 days, even if they're only counting business days, still well past that.
