Why is Etsy not able to make all of the devices and views show the gallery (main image) pictures the same way? I received a message about my photo collages and how they may not be as good when it comes to search. However, when I change the image on the listing page and use Etsy's thumbnail tool it is not the same on all devices/pages which is very frustrating and does not look good.
My images look good in shop view, but are cut off in my shop manager and also when I search on the app. I hate to change pictures that fit all devices and requirements to implement new photos that are not displayed correctly in search. Do I now have to decide between having a non collage picture that is cut off on the top and bottom on page 5, or a picture that looks good and fits, but AI puts on page 100?
I have read the requirements and other posts and do not understand why it has to be so hard for Etsy to have a size that is displayed the same on all of their pages and platforms. The other 4 letter site does not have this issue and it is seamless. If I'm missing something please feel free to let me know.
