Etsy payment not showing up in bank account.

This is the second time I've sent a deposit from Etsy to my bank that hasn't shown up in 3 months. I get the run around from Etsy about wait 5 days, then wait 90 more. My bank account is confirmed through plad, I have no holds or restrictions. I call my bank (big name bank) and they can't seem to find it, even after the 95 day wait. Does anyone know what I should do or can do to get my money. It's only 60 bucks over both transactions but I still earned it and would like what is mine. Please help.

Maybe Etsy is like me...wondering why you have production partners listed when you sell vintage.

Production Partners are people or businesses that take a design of yours and make it into a product.  Such as putting your design on a mug or a tee shirt.  Production partners are not people that you might purchase vintage from.

Do you ship late and without tracking? Do you not answer messages in a timely manner (w/in 24 hours)?
