Etsy page looks terrible on mobile devices

Suddenly (a word that seems to apply to etsy more and more often, and not in a good way) my thumbnails are huge, taking up most of the page. And the page content is bleeding off the edge of the screen. And you can’t select sections. I’ve tried Safari and Chrome and it’s the same thing. I’ve always used square ratios on my images so that can’t be it.

Anyone else having this problem?

Anyone find a solution?

Am looking on my laptop and my shop looks like some sort of scripting error is occurring....the layout is all wonky.

It started for me yesterday afternoon on my trusty Ipad, thought it was a setting but went to my older Ipad, same thing! But my computer showed the proper visuals. Not today! My microsoft computer now shows a different look with huge images. Fortunately, on that, I could print out shipping labels but unsure of what happens next! So all three of my devices show BAD layout and navigation. I noticed and deduce that this is Etsy because on the sidebar, what used to say my shop name to see what buyers see, now simply says Etsy. Come on... Anyone else???

Update:  I just wasted 20 minutes on the phone with etsy support. All they could do was email me a tech help email with links to basic how to info  which was of no use. Thanks, etsy.

I was just on Etsy chat for 30 minutes. They wanted a screen shot, but I couldnt send one from my ipad because I was on my computer since I couldnt get to chat from there. Problems with all that. I kept telling her that MANY were having the same issue. She advised me to change my browser to Chrome…Not the issue. I am currently using the Etsy sellers app on my Ipad but it is very limited. Somebody at Etsy made a bad decision to change this format access around. It is not my issue…it is OUR issue. Wasted time.

I have been having the same issue on my iMac, Safari browser since yesterday. Tried the solutions posted in other threads, did not work. I downloaded the DuckDuckGo browser, and it looks and behaves completely normal. Try a different browser on your desktop?

Sorry, tried on my Ipad and DuckDuck Go was the same screen.

It actually looks normal on DDG. But editing my listings on DDG is…weird. It’s like the rules change from listing to listing. It’s days like this where I long for the AI apocalypse. 

Or maybe it’s happening now…

Yes, same problem in my phone. My desktop computer is fine. I made sure my phone was on mobile device and it still will not give me a full screen.

My customer wanted to make a $120 purchase yesterday but said the dropdown menus are missing. I checked Safari on mobile and the listings are a mess- you have to scroll through endless white space to get to the dropdown menus/add to cart button. This may have cost me the sale, I haven't heard back.

I’ve been experiencing the same problem since yesterday. Just with my mobile phone though I don’t have a computer at the moment. Same visuals described. I’m unable to view the tracking progress on some things I ordered recently. And messaging is a mess so I haven’t tried to deal with that.

I am having the same issue, also noticed my order stats do not add up to the orders I have received (looks like I am missing 4 orders) also a couple inventory items are now listed as sold out but I haven’t received the orders.

I have the same problems. Some devices OK (MacPro 2008 (!) w Firefox, iPhone 12), some crappy as described above (newer iMac, iPad). Just chatted with support and sent some screenshots, they are aware of a problem that causes the web page to display incorrectly on some devices/OS, and said they are working on it. We’ll see… / Björn

I think I’m just gonna walk away from my Etsy shop now and watch that HBO show about puppies getting rescued and finding their forever homes. Happy Place, here I come!

I'm having the same issues. The photos are covering half the page. Using Safari. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!

Is Etsy working on a fix? It looks like all the CSS got stripped from the page. Etsy.com looks terrible on mobile web browsers. Nothing is functioning properly and I'm worried this is affecting conversion on my shop.
