Etsy once again driving itself into the ground.
I have a large order that I shipped through FedEx (purchased the label through Etsy)
Fedex has updated tracking and shows estimated date of delivery since they've been in possession of package. For almost 28hours now, etsy shows that order in "Pre Transit" still, only showing that shipping information has been sent to Fedex. For an order this large, this is unacceptable.
Since my shop has only been up for 2 months, this means the money is held in payment reserve. Considering the amount of fees we have to pay, it is absolute B.S. that they can't keep the platform functioning properly and have support staff available.
Their greed will be their demise
For an order this large, this is unacceptable
I don't know what to do since Etsy is impossible to get ahold of any support team, and they're generally useless.
