I created an instant download listing and I listed it for $2.50 AUD. When I view the listing it says the price is $2.75 AUD. I don't want to charge people $2.75, I want to charge $2.50. The listing is listed in AUD dollars, and displaying in AUD.
This has never happened to non-digital download listing before.
What is going on?
@artbyjulesmadden: "When I view the listing it says the price is $2.75 AUD." Do you mean when you look at the actual listing while in edit mode or when looking at the listing as displayed to buyers? We do not do digital but there are several threads that might help you, such as https://community.etsy.com/t5/Managing-Your-Shop/Digital-Download-Showing-Different-Prices/m-p/13297...
Etsy is required to charge GST/VAT/TAX on digital downloads and remits that money to the appropriate government. You will get $2.50, and the Australian government will get the 10% GST (.25c).
