Etsy not sending offers

Hi I was using the offers to give discounts to abandoned baskets / Favourites and the Thank you  after purchase. They worked really well.

I wanted to adjust the percentage I was offering on all 3 offers. So used the "stop sending offers" option. So all offers were "Paused" (as you cant delete them anymore)

Then I see up all 3 offers again from new with the adjusted percentage. But notice now no offers being sent at all from the new campaigns I am running. I tried to restart It again - stopped sending all offers - even waited 24 hours then reset new offers up. Same result no offers sent. Not one ... so is this a bug or a display issue ? no one seems to have used the new offers I have set up which they wont be able to if etsy are sending the emails. Anyone else have this issue which seems recent ?

Etsy only sends these offers to buyers who have formally registered to receive them (in line with privacy laws).

When you make changes and reset them it may take a day or two for the changes to take effect, it is not instantaneous.

Potential buyers may be getting tired of the constant nagging from Etsy and opted out to receive marketing emails too.  That would account for the lack of emails being sent.  But in any case, they are only sent to people who favorite any item, put something in their basket or buy something.  If none of these happen with an account that has opted in to receive them, they aren't sent and then only so many a week.  You may have to wait a while for the changes to take place and then wait until someone meets the criteria.

did you have sales, favorites and abandoned carts after you changed your offers.

Etsy probably doesn't send your updated offer to accounts that received the original offer.

Thanks I did have sales get them daily - and fave adds and abandoned carts. Im quite busy so I see new customers on a regular basis. Maybe it just takes a few days but in the past was always within 24 hours or so when I have shop activity. Will wait n see thanks all for your replies )

I’ve had the cart and favorited offers up for a long time, with just a few takers.  However, I just got one today so I know it’s functioning for my shop.
