Etsy not counting the final two days of their 90 day review period

As most of you probably are I’ve been working my butt off to qualify for the star seller and this month they said I came one percent short of getting 95% message response right and then I look and I realize they did not count 17 whole NEW messages June 29 and June 30th. And even if you took off June 30 so I had 24 hours to respond that’s still 15 messages that are just gone and not counted towards my score.

Etsy initially said updates would take 24 to 48 hours and from my experience it has been closer to 48.  Some of the criteria seem to update faster than others, like number of sales and total sales amount, where the ones that require more math than simple addition seem to take longer.  Don't count on the last 2 days to make star seller, it probably won't happen.
